1. CO2 Separation and purification (PSA - CO2)
To recycle pure CO2is recycled from CO2-rich gas mixture. Material gases include: such as exhaust gas of lime kiln, fermentation gas, converted gas, natural mine gas and other gas sources with CO2. with CO2, with tThe purity of the recycled CO2 reaching can reach 98~99.99%.
2. H2 Recycling from H2-rich gas mixture
To Recyclerecycle pure H2 from H2-rich gas mixture such as converted gas, refined gas, semi-water gas, city gas, coke-oven gas, fermentation gas, methanol tail gas, formaldehyde tail gas, FCC dry gas of oil refinery, converted tail gas and other gas sources with H2, . with the purity of H2 reaching 98 - 99.999%.The purity of the recycled H2 can reach 98~99.999%
3. CO Separation and Purification (PSA - CO)
To recycle pure CO is recycled from CO-rich gas mixture. Material gases include: such as semi-water gas, water gas, blast furnace gas of cuprammonia regenerated gas, yellow phosphorus tail gas and other gas sources with CO, . The purity of the recycled CO can reachwith the purity of CO reaching 80~99.9%.
4. CO2 Removal (PSA - CO2 Removal)
Remove CO2 from converted gas. which It is applied for decarbonization of synthetic ammonia and methanol production, as well as other CO2-removal cases.
5. CH4 Concentration and Purification from Biogas
This technology is to get high purity CH4 from CH4-rich biogas by successively conduct compression and desulfurization, and remove foreign gases by PSA technology.
6. Hydrocarbons above C2 Removal (PSA - C2 Removal)
Remove the hydrocarbon above C2 from natural gas and oilfield gas, for producing pure CH4.
