Design and development process quality control

1, develop design specifications, determine the best combination of design and development product technical parameters

2. Establish an evaluation system, prepare a list of key parts and key items, and establish a three-trial system.

Product production process quality control

1. Supervise and manage the manufacturer to continuously improve the quality management system, review the equipment manufacturing production plan and process plan, supervise and inspect the quality control of the main materials entering the field, and review the accuracy and reliability of the quality inspection of the full-time quality inspectors.

2. In the process of equipment manufacturing, the supervisory personnel should go to the manufacturing site regularly and irregularly to check the quality status of the equipment manufacturing process and find out the problems in a timely manner.

3, special or key process areas that have a significant impact on the quality of equipment manufacturing; focus on the main and key components of the equipment, the weak links in processing and manufacturing, and the processes that are prone to quality defects, and strictly control the manufacturing process of the factory.

4. Before leaving the factory, check the quality of the equipment again and sign the factory quality certificate.
